Minne was very communicative and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. Minne even came to the rescue with an Elastoplast when one of our party cut their finger. Thank you Minne!!

Minne was wonderful to work with. He was always quick to respond to our questions and needs. His place was clean and well appointed. It was much larger than we expected so we had room to spread out. The location was wonderful. The apartment is out of the hustle and bustle of the city but one can get to City Center easily and quickly. Directly across the street is a bus stop that goes to the Metro, which goes to City Center. It took us about 15-20 minutes. (Public transportation passes can be purchased online.) We walked less than 5 minutes to pick up coffee at a very nice coffee shop and yummy pastries at a bakery for our breakfast. Minne has many recommendations for the area listed in the apartment. All the recommended places we visited were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the quiet location. Either a bus to a ferry or walk to ferry or bus to metro to get into central Amsterdam. We tended to stay out all day. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Minne was super accommodating and helpful!

Our stay was wonderful. We fell in love with the area….the bikes that Minne had for us to rent allowed us to live like a local. We rode the bikes everywhere….loved exploring!!Minne was also very helpful in giving us restaurant suggestions. They were great recommendations.Finally….Minne was very responsive to all of my questions. The apartment was really cool…an old bathhouse that has been converted. Our beds were really comfortable…..showers were great also!! We had a great stay….loved the neighborhood and loved Amsterdam!!!

We enjoyed staying at Minnie’s for place so much. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to the bus & free ferry into the center. So we could go in each day to sightsee in the fast paced city but have a quiet, peaceful spot to return to at the end of the day. We arrived earlier than check in time. But Roos met us & kept our bags safe so that we could get right out & enjoy ourselves in the city. When we came back he had moved our bags into the clean, quiet apartment. He also gave us some info about transportation & best nearby coffee shops. The apartment is especially nice for 2 couples since each room has its own bathroom facilities. It is well equipped for a very fun & comfortable stay. MargaretCalifornia, USA

Minne was outstanding to work with. He responded to my questions with thorough answers. i was concerned because I arrived late at night. But everything worked smoothly.

Great place to stay and within walking distance to local restaurants and close walk to the ferry that you can take to central station. Minnie was so friendly and welcoming, allowed us to drop our luggage off early due to an early flight in. (which saved us!), place was nice and clean and very accommodating for our group of 4. Also had a tea kettle and tea for your late night tea desires if you’re like us! Would stay again when we return! Definitely recommend!

We were so glad we picked this beautiful apartment with its unusual architectural features and great décor reflecting its history as part of a former bath house. The area is residential, an area where few tourists stay - quiet for a good night's sleep in the big, supremely comfortable beds (UK superking size), yet only a few minutes walk from the NDSM wharf area and its great choice of restaurants - a lovely place to eat by the water and watch the sun go down. If you're from the UK, the public transport is impressive! The regular bus/metro from just across the road is cheap & takes you into central Amsterdam within 15 minutes, or you can walk & catch a free ferry along with many locals. Minne is a helpful & responsive host. On his recommendation, we enjoyed delicious pizzas from the nearby De Pizzakeuke where they were very friendly and told us some of the fascinating ship-building history of the area.
